The oral surgeons at San Antonio Surgical Arts are board-certified in all levels of anesthesia (Levels I–IV). This certification allows them to safely provide intravenous (IV) sedation in our office, ensuring a comfortable and effective treatment experience for every patient who is a candidate for office-based anesthesia.

Our Ambulatory Surgery Center
A defining feature of our practice is our fully equipped, state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center. The Surgical Arts Center provides a safe, controlled environment for a wide range of procedures and is especially well-suited for pediatric patients, those with dental anxiety, individuals with special needs, and those who are medically complex.
Our ambulatory surgery center has been accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) since 2000, and voluntarily meets the additional standards set by AAAHC. It is licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services and staffed by Board Certified Anesthesiologists and Operating Room Recovery Nurses.
